Check-in was a breeze! We have stayed at this cabin before and love!

Enjoyed this cabin very much, super clean, a little outdated BUT so calming and peaceful. Would stay here again, we didn't want to leave! ADVICE, bring extra toilet paper, laundry soap, trash bags, and hand soap!! Not sure here but to any cabin!

We loved our cabin! The view was amazing, beds comfy, and staff was very helpful and nice!

It was peaceful beautiful! The cabin was wonderful. The pool table needed to be in little bigger room. The only thing was we could not see the sunrise or the direct sunset but the glow of the sunset was amazing! The trip was perfect the cabin was amazing clean and amenities was perfect! It even had a airfare fryer! It was a wonderful family trip. The roads up were very curvy but we were very high up just have to go slow and be careful!

We loved this cabin so much!!!!! Thank you for making the pictures match the description. The reviews were accurate. The cabin was nice and clean. Everything was well maintained. It was decorated nicely. There was plenty of dishes for cleaning. We had a wonderful time.

I did not want to leave! The cabin was clean and beautiful. My family had the most wonderful time. We will be back!

Great location and accommodations

Cabin and view was beautiful ! Only negative thing I would say is they only give two rolls of toilet paper two trash bags.

Great property. Very clean and well maintained. Just a heads up, the rug in the main living area curling on the ends and we tripped over it just about every day. That was really the only issue at all. Thanks!

Had a wonderful trip with our family! The cabin we rented was wonderful and we plan on coming back soon!

We stayed in the Mountaintop Views cabin. It was a last minute reservation with limited availability for what we needed. However, the cabin and the views were absolutely amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, the amenities, and the spectacular view of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. We will most definitely be booking with your company again in the future!

Loved the cabin and the view. Cabin had everything we needed. Only issue was the breaker for hot tub was off , so after our long drive we couldn't use it. But Timber tops gave us free event tickets for inconvenience.

House was clean and the cabin was very nice. Views were absolutely beautiful. Only issue was hot tub started to look green on the last night. Tried to call about it but by the time we noticed it was too late for anyone to come out.

The cabin was lovely and exceeded our expectations. The only thing I might recommend is improving the sleeper sofa as it was a bit uncomfortable. However everything else worked and we had such a great time spending a week there.

To be honest with you,we had trouble viewing the cabin on my computer. But once we did it was great. We didn't expect the view to be as good as it was. We were very happy with the service and cabin and look forward to returning. Overall rating EXCELLENT

Great house; looked exactly like the pictures. The cabin is on the side of a ridge overlooking an entire basin and pretty secluded even with neighbors. Would definitely stay again.

Everyone was courteous and a very accommodating.

You all were great. We had a problem with the hot tub a you had someone there the next morning. You all were very helpful in answering our questions. Over all you made our stay very enjoyable.

Experience was pretty good. Directions or signage could be better, was lost for half an hour trying to find my way. Also, my legs are really chewed up by what look like really small flys. Covered in welts. May want to try some kind of insect control. But. Accomodations were good.

Had a small maintainer issue with jacuzzi problem was fixed very quickly.

The cabin was fabulous! We immediately felt right at home!! I loved how everything was right there for our use. The view was breathtaking at all hours of the day and night. Our stay was much too short.

Everything was great

Overall great experience for first time in TN and staying in mountain cabin. Would like to see a little more to details such as cleaning fan blades (so when turned on dust does not cover room, tips on pool sticks would be nice for more than 2 people wanting to play). There was some trash noticeable when looking down from deck to rear of cabin. Hot tub had a bad odor coming from it when we attempted to use, may be over chlorinated or may just need water changed (not sure if anyone is checking water parameters on regular basis or not). Overall the family and I enjoyed our stay and would use again and recommend to other interested in coming to the area.

Check in / out over the phone is very convenient. Cleaning service did a horrible job. Crumbs on couch and floor, Gatorade bottle and plastic bag hanging out from under the bed

A few constructive points 1 the outside picture doesn't give an accurate picture of space as in limited parking and a stones throw away from 4-5 other cabins. 2. I made this reservation within the 30 day timeframe and was charged 14 days prior to rental date. I think it is unfair to send the actual contract within the week of rental date. It would have been nice to know about the various fees etc. Some minor issues with the water in hot tub appeared not to be new and had hair etc floating. Blue rag left in shower, pool sticks missing tips, and some other minor issues.

my family had a great time, and the views were spectacular from the cabin. the peace and quiet was just what the doctor ordered. there were a few small things that need fixed...the light switches were very confusing. it took us 3 days to figure out how to turn the main overhead light on. the air conditioning was very noisy, and was difficult to control the temperature. and although the cabin was not dirty, a little more attention needs to be paid to details in regards to dusting and cleaning. but overall, very enjoyable....thank you

very clean cabin. quick service when called for issues. FYI: We stayed in Mountain Top Views cabin. THe upper bed mattress needs to be replaced.

We had a great time with our friends at the cabin and the view from the top of the mountains is amazing.

The place was clean and very nicely decorated. Very well stocked in the kitchen.

Absolutely perfect! Outstanding views and all the amenities of home.

Areas of improvement: pool cue was broken, headboard loose in downstairs bedroom, one corner of the hot tub's jets didn't work, cookware was pretty worn We loved: the view was outstanding, decor was cute, bakeware was very nice, loved the double balconies, the staff was very friendly and prompt

Nice stay but the cabin was not very clean. I had to sweep and clean bathrooms better. Downstairs bedrooms didn't look vacuumed. Otherwise I would say it was a nice stay.

Very easy check in and check out process. The cabin was just as great as advertised. Our overall experience was great, we will be back next year.

Clean and had every thing we needed, ( except a broom ) which you had sent up. Had a small wedding on the balcony and it was beautiful. Would love to stay here with nothing to do but relax and take in those amazing views. Timber Top personal were very polite and efficient. Even saw a bear when grilling out!! Loved this cabin and its cleanliness. Cant wait to go back. Great time, wonderful memories, PRICELESS.
